Enneagram Chicago focuses upon opportunities for businesses, community organizations, and individuals seeking greater self-awareness and understanding of others. We use the Enneagram System as a tool to improve, enhance and deepen the skills for open and effective communication.
ABOUT BILL
William (Bill) Reed is an experienced and certified Enneagram professional, teacher, and executive coach for this centuries-old personality typing system that identifies the three Centers of Intelligence and nine Enneagram types or ego structures.
Following a robust 40+ year business career, Bill became certified in the Narrative Enneagram tradition. As part of his own executive development, Bill applied the principles of the Enneagram to his leadership style and inspired others to begin their own journey of enhanced self-development. He continues to use his deep knowledge and experience working with a wide range of people through teaching, coaching and presenting opportunities for individuals and teams for transformational personal and professional development.
Bill provides confidential Enneagram 1:1 typing interviews and team workshops via Zoom and in-person. He contracts with The Enneagram Group as a Certified Enneagram Typing Professional. Since Enneagram Chicago began in 2017, he has conducted over 700 worldwide typing interviews and numerous Zoom and in-person workshops.
Bill serves on the Board of Directors of The Narrative Enneagram, "an educational nonprofit dedicated to transforming lives and creating a more compassionate world."
ABOUT COLLEEN
Colleen, Bill's spouse of 46+ years, is a certified teacher in the Enneagram Spectrum method. She brings her passion, Enneagram training, and life experience to Enneagram Chicago by partnering with Bill at large or specialty group workshops. Colleen is also a certified Montessori teacher, former professional archivist, and paralegal.
